Restoration, before & after.
The picture on the left shows the 1930's chapel windows before we worked on them. On the right is the finished installation.
All of the stained glass was removed. We flattened the bulges, added additional steel reinforcement, and applied fresh putty to rejuvenate the leading and to clean the glass.
While the windows were out, we also coordinated the replacement of the original steel window frames with new aluminum frames manufactured by J. Sussman, Inc.
